Jul.1

Meigetsuin"

(pruning)

It's still good to see Ajisai flowers in Myohonji Temple, while Ajisai viewing in Kamakura is over with pruning at the major viewing places in the city.  Ajisai in Myohonji last longer because they are in the shade at the foot of mountain.

Jul. 3, 2018

Some Ajisai flowers which had lost their freshness were already cut off like as at a side of the entrance in Meigetsuin in the past few days and they started to prune all flowers, even though they are still good to see.

Hasedera also started pruning and more than a few places in the city will do the same thing from now.
